Product safety recall: Product Safety Australia advises that model APHP-R290-260 units manufactured in November 2024 and sold or installed from 9 December 2024 to 31 March 2025 may be affected by recall PRA2025/20482. Existing owners should check the serial number of their unit against the official Product Safety Australia recall information. Apricus advises affected units are eligible for full unit replacement, re-installation and removal of the old unit.
