Founder & Plumber

Plumbing runs in Mitchell’s family, with his grandfather, father and brother all working in the trade. After completing his apprenticeship under his father in Victoria in 2009, he spent four years in the Air Force before starting his own plumbing business.

Mitchell brings experience in residential maintenance, commercial plumbing and renovations, with a focus on careful workmanship and attention to detail. Outside work, he enjoys spending time with his family.

Plumber

James joined Mitchell Plumbing & Gas in 2018 to complete the final year of his apprenticeship and has continued to build his experience across maintenance, renovations and construction.

He brings a strong work ethic and a practical approach to solving plumbing problems. James takes pride in doing the job well and helping customers feel confident about the work being carried out in their homes.

Plumber & Gas Fitter

Liam brings more than 15 years of experience across plumbing, gas, drainage, hot water and building services. His background spans residential maintenance through to complex commercial projects, combining hands-on trade skills with experience coordinating teams and planning work.

Practical and mechanically minded, Liam is experienced in fault finding, repairs, drain inspections and hot water systems. He values clear communication, tidy workmanship and a well-organised job from start to finish.

Maintenance Plumber

Matt is a qualified plumber with close to a decade of industry experience and a strong focus on maintenance. His work covers leak detection, fault finding, taps and toilets, drainage repairs and hot water system installations.

He also brings experience in insurance leak investigations, roof plumbing and bathroom renovations. Matt takes pride in neat workmanship, clear customer communication and keeping the worksite clean, with careful planning to help each job run smoothly.

Plumber

Ryan is a qualified plumber who brings the added perspective of a previous trade in carpentry. Before completing his plumbing apprenticeship, he built experience across residential construction, renovations and commercial and resort maintenance.

That broader trade background gives Ryan a practical understanding of how buildings fit together and a resourceful approach to maintenance work. He brings a focus on safety, attention to detail and finding workable solutions for customers.

Customer Service

Anna brings more than a decade of phone-based customer service experience to the Mitchell Plumbing & Gas team. She takes the time to listen, understand what customers need and help them take the next step with their plumbing or gas enquiry.

With a friendly, patient approach, Anna helps make contacting the team straightforward and welcoming.

Customer Service

Jane is a friendly point of contact for customers getting in touch with Mitchell Plumbing & Gas. She listens carefully, answers questions clearly and helps customers understand the next steps for their enquiry.

Her focus is on helpful communication and reliable support, working with the team to keep customers informed and make their experience as straightforward as possible.

Administration

Jay is part of the administration team at Mitchell Plumbing & Gas, helping support customers and the day-to-day running of the office.

From assisting with enquiries to keeping information organised, Jay works alongside the office and field teams to help jobs move smoothly. The focus is on friendly service, clear communication and making it easy for customers to get the help they need.
